Our story

In the summer of 2015 a dream came true … we bought a holiday house in Sicily!

For many years we were loyal visitors of the island that has so much to offer.

Now we have our own place that we like to rent to lovers of culture, good food and drinks, nature or just rest and relaxation.

Sicily offers all of the above and more …

Once you’ve been there, you will definitely return!

On this site we want to introduce you to our house, garden and pool. We’ll tell you more about the location and accessibility, as well as the many wonders of Sicily, making it the ideal holiday destination.

Rooms

Casa-pianino is able to accomodate up to 5 people.

We have a separate living room with 2 couches and a tv. There is a dining room with an open kitchen (although most of the dining will be done on the covered terrace during the summer). We have 3 bedrooms (one double, one single and one with 2 separate beds that can be made into 1 double bed). The bathroom has a shower, double sink and toilet.
We also have a little washing room.

All the bedrooms and the living room have airconditioning.
All windows have shutters and mosquito nets.

For colder days there is a pellet stove that can heat up the lving and dining room (of course the airconditioners can also heat).

There is a high chair available for small children.

Garden

Outside we have a big covered terrace. Perfect for breakfast in the morning and a perfect place for reading a book in the shades. We also have an outside kitchen with sink, BBQ and a pizza wood oven.

All around the house you will find a garden with a variety of trees (tangerines, lemons, figs, pomegranate, quinces, …).
All available to tenants when ripe.

Swimming pool

Casa Pianino also has a private swimming pool surrounded by 100m² of terrace. The perfect spot for sunbathers and pool enthusiasts.

The access to the pool can be restricted for small children by gates.

A sunshower and a toilet are next to the pool. So no need to get into the house with those wet swimsuits.

The pool is not heated. In summer, the water temperature is about 31°C. The pool is available between May 15th and the end of September.
